Joe was not just my co-worker,,Joe was more like a Brother. He was one of a kind. I am deeply saddened by his passing, but grateful to have had the time to get to know him
Joe was also, always quick to help when I or anyone would ask.
I know the family hearts must be very heavy with sadness at this time and there are no words to lift that,, we are all sad. But just know Joe has touched alot of lives here, in many different ways, and for that time we had with him, we are grateful.
Love you (brother), friend, and co-worker.

Peace-out Weaver. I’m bummed we won’t be doing that bike ride around Baltimore and I’ll miss seeing you at open mic. The beard WAS epic indeed!

Although I have not seen Joe since his RHS days, he was always polite and nice when he came over to my house. I was saddened to hear of his passing and extend my deepest sympathy to all of his family and those who loved him.

I haven’t seen nor talked to Joe since 2012, but in our teenage years growing up and well into our twenties we were close friends. In those years I’ve had many friends, but there’s not many that I can say left an impression on me the way Joe did. Joe was extremely thoughtful and extremely giving in all that he did. He was the kind of guy who if he ate, then everyone with him ate as well. It was such a strong characteristic of who Joe was as a person that without him even trying, he taught me by example what a good friend really was... I’ll miss Joe and I’m so sorry we didn’t stay in contact over the years. At the same time though I’m so proud to say that Joe and I were friends because I know without a doubt that knowing Joe made me a better person. I’ll miss you buddy.

I’m sorry if this was fairly long, but it’s something I felt I needed to say. My thoughts and prayers go out to Joe’s mom, sisters and everyone else blessed to have had Joe in their lives over the years. We haven’t spoken in awhile, but I’m sending you my love.
