His great concern for the youth of our area lead to Time for Teens ( a mentoring program) and Teens Place To Go ( a biweekly gathering of teens) which provided a safe alternative for teens to socialize.

Ah, what can I say? Bob was such an interesting, intelligent and quirky guy, as we all know. And a breath of fresh air. My family and yours met in the fall of 1978, Robin had just turned 2, Amy just turned 1, Laura was 9, Jill was 8 1/2. I was only 31! Such a long time ago.

It took my breath away to hear he had moved on..a true loss, but I am sure Gwennie and others are waiting...My most sincere condolences to Anne, Robin, Laura and that sweet new baby and the entire family. He sure left his mark on this earth and the community. I remember protesting with him to keep an historic building from being torn down...Blessings to you all.
