Joseph F. Clark

1938 – 2021




     Joseph F. Clark age 82, a longtime resident of Drexel Hill, died peacefully Wednesday February 3, 2021 surrounded by his loving family. Joe was predeceased by his wife of 54 years Margaret M. (nee Kelly) Clark in 2013. He is survived by his children Joseph F. Clark, Jr., Margaret Mary Clark, Richard J. Clark, Stephen M. Clark, Matthew A. Clark and Kevin Duke Clark. Also survived by his 12 grandchildren, great grandchildren and numerous other cherished family and friends.


    Joe was born and raised in Philadelphia, attending the Most Blessed Sacrament School and West Catholic High School. After graduating West Catholic he began a 44year career with the Daily News as a reporter. He was a devout Catholic and member of the Knights of Columbus. 


     Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing Monday 9:30 am at St. Bernadette of Lourdes Church, 1035 Turner Avenue, Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania 19026, where his Funeral Mass will follow at  11am. Interment Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery.
