Stephen J. Dimodica
1954 - 2024
Stephen J. Dimodica, age 69, of Wayne PA passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, April 25, 2024, surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Boston MA to John and Grace Dimodica. He attended Cathedral High School before studying at the University of New Hampshire, followed by receiving a Masters Degree at the Northeast University. He then joined the Army and became a Captain with the elite Special Forces (active and reserve) for 20 years. He then worked in Finance, starting out as a Financial Advisor and promoted to Managing Director, Regional Director of the Greater Philadelphia Region with Morgan Stanley. He then pursued his hobby and interest and became an author of 5 Novels. Steve loved adventure and traveled the world to both attain research for his Novels and experience different cultures.
He is survived by his loving wife Marianne (Mac Arthur) Dimodica. Siblings Paul (Renee) Dimodica of Atlanta GA, Mary Grace (Jim) Quinlin of Walpole MA, John Jr. (Sheri) Dimodica of Boston MA, Mark (Michelle) Dimodica of Denver CO, Jimmy Dimodica of Boston MA. Also survived by five nieces and nephews. A Special Thank you to Kathleen Mac Arthur and Elizabeth Cufari-Walsh for all their love and support.
Relatives and friends are invited to a Memorial Service/Visitation Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at 6-8pm at Ruffenach Funeral Home 4900 Township Line Road, Drexel Hill, PA, 19026. Stephens Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, May 2, 2024 at 10:30AM at Saint Dorothy Church 4910 Township Line Road, Drexel Hill, 19026.
