Albert Bruno Obituary

Albert A. Bruno

1957 – 2023

Albert A. Bruno “Al” age 66  died peacefully June 10, 2023 surrounded by family and friends. He is predeceased by his father the late Augusto A. Bruno “Gus” and is survived by his mother Martha (nee Guaetta), beloved wife Lisanne (nee Rosa) Bruno, sons Matthew Bruno, Christopher (Alyssa) Bruno, grandchildren John, Rosalia and Angela Bruno and brothers Peter, Anthony and Dominic Bruno.

Al is known for his strong work ethic and dedication to helping others. After graduating from Widner University in 1979, he ran a successful business for Intersate Batteries, following in the footsteps of his father. Circa 1998, Al sold his business and started a new business as a tile setter, while also working early hours at UPS. Al made many loyal and long lasting friendship during his life and through his business ventures.

When Al had downtime, he was helping his friends and family in anyway they needed, but mostly with renovation projects. Al enjoyed spending time at the beach with his family and friends. With a cigar in one hand and a radio near by, Al enjoyed resting by the water and baking in the sun. But Al’s true passion was vintage cars. He enjoyed going to car shows throughout the country and volunteered every year at the Radnor Hunt car show. He especially enjoyed bringing his beautiful 1957 Cadillac to car shows for all to admire and hoped to one day restore his 1948 Cadillac. Al also cherished his time with his three grandchildren, reading books and playing legos.
