1970 - 2022

     Amy M. Kearney (nee Peluchette), June 26, 2022. Born in Philadelphia on April 30, 1970 to John and Loretta Peluchette, Amy grew up in the Overbrook section of Philadelphia. She was a graduate of Robert Lamberton and Gordon Phillips School of Cosmetology. Amy was employed by PHS as an X-ray technician for 20 years. Amy was a member of the East Lansdowne PTA, and Lawnsde Elementary School PTA for 5 years as wells the School Board for 6 years. During her time at Lawnside she ran the book fair, concession stand and health fair. She also mentored the young girls at Lawnside helping them to become strong independent young women. She received numerous awards and accolades for her commitment to the children and schools for which she volunteered.

     Amy married the love of her life, Robert, 23 years ago and together they were raising 3 children. Amy's biggest accomplishments, by far, were her children, Noah, 20, Joshua, 17, and Peyton, 7. They truly were her entire world. No matter what life threw at her, her children always were her first priority. No mother could be any more proud of her children as they grew into strong, smart young adults.

     In addition to her husband and children, Amy is survived by her sisters, Stephanie Cappabianca, Nancy (Mark) Spier, Debby (Tony) DeLuca, Lori (Perry) Iaquinto and Francie (Craig) Faragalli and many nieces and nephews . Her father John J. Peluchette Jr, passed away just 6 weeks ago. Amy is also predeceased  by her mother Loretta (nee Cushman) who passed away in 1994.

Visitation; St. Dorothy's Church, 4910 Township Line Rd., Drexel Hill, Pa 19026, Friday, July 1, 2022, 9-10:15am, Mass of Christian Burial immediately following. Burial: Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery. 1600 S. Sproul Rd., Springfield , Pa.
