1940 - 2024

        Anne B. Semmelroth of Drexel Hill, PA,  died peacefully on November 6, 2024 at the age of 84. Predeceased by her husband Robert L. Semmelroth. She is survived by her loving daughters Laura (Charles Burr) Semmelroth and Robin (Jeff Kohalmi) Semmelroth, a granddaughter Mazarin Kohalmi, and her sisters; MaryJane Poore (Thomas) Suzanne Friedman and Bernadette Bradley. 

        Anne led a life dedicated to service of others. She started her career with Catholic Charities and continued caring for seniors in need as a Care Manager at Philadelphia Corporation for the Aging. She volunteered with Meals on Wheels and assisted immigrant families escaping political violence. After retiring she continued to volunteer for Project Home and St.Vincent DePaul, among other projects while remaining committed to her family and her many rescue dogs while encouraging others to do good in the world.

          Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation 9:30 to 10:00am on Thursday, November 14th, 2024 at St. Thomas of Villanova Rosemont Chapel 1229 East Lancaster Ave Rosemont, PA  19010, where her Funeral Mass will follow at 10:00am. Interment Calvary Cemetery, Conshohocken.
