Audrey Neyman Obituary

Audrey Wilson Neyman, born on July 9, 1927, passed away peacefully
Monday evening, May 5 at Ware Presbyterian Village, Oxford,
Pennsylvania. Audrey made many friends while being a resident of
Ware and she was referred to as a very sweet woman by the staff.
Audrey was raised by her parents, Robert C. Wilson and Florence
Fulton Wilson, on a farm outside of Oxford. She was a 1945 graduate
of Oxford High School and married her husband of 65 years, Louis C.
Neyman, in the fall of 1950. For most of their lifetime, Audrey and Lou
lovingly cared for their beautiful dairy farm on Mt. Olivet Road in
Nottingham. Audrey kept a bountiful garden each summer and her
flowers were always to be admired. While Audrey enjoyed the
companionship of quite a few dogs throughout the years, she
especially loved her very large, and most affectionate Newfoundlands.
Audrey was a member of the Oxford Presbyterian Church and Oxford
Senior Center. She dedicated many years of service to the
Pennsylvania Farm Bureau, Chester-Delaware, with several years
working as Treasurer.
Audrey was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Louis, a
brother, Robert C. Wilson, Jr., and sister, Sally Wilson Tipton. She is survived by a niece, Susann Guy of Quarryville and a nephew, Timothy
Tipton of Coatesville.
A public graveside memorial service is scheduled for 11 am this Friday,
May 9, at the Oxford Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, Audrey asked that
donations be made to the Oxford Senior Center or charity of your choice.
