“Bud”

1931 – 2021

     Charles J. Servis “Bud”, died peacefully surrounded by his family on November 7, 2021 at the age of  90. Bud was a resident of Drexel Hill for over 40 years and a long time member of Saint Dorothy Church where he was an usher.  He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.  Bud was predeceased by his beloved wife Mae (nee Augone) Servis in 2011. He was the devoted father of  Mary Ellen (Charles) Dittmer, Charles B. (Lucia) Servis, Betty (Dennis) Farrell and Michael (Colleen) Servis. Proud Pop Pop of Melissa, Megan, Dylan, Christopher, Carlie, Marisa, Corina, Sean, Riley, Luca and Andrew. Also survived by his dearest sister-in-law Marie Cedrone and  many nieces and nephews. 

     Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing Monday (November 15, 2021) from 11:30 – 12:45pm at the Ruffenach Funeral Home, 4900 Township Line Road, Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania 19026. His Funeral Mass will be at 1pm at St. Dorothy Church and Interment will follow the Mass at Holy Cross Cemetery, Yeadon, Pennsylvania. In lieu of flowers donations in Bud’s memory to St. Dorothy Church, 4910 Township Line Road, Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania 19026  would be appreciated.
