Dominic Michael Pugliese

     Dominic Michael Pugliese, November 18, 1927 - October 14, 2022, of Pembroke, MA, formerly of Springfield, Delaware County, PA. Born in South Philadelphia to Anthony and Angelina (nee D'Amica) Pugliese, Dominic was the youngest of seven children. He spent his childhood on Fernon Street in South Philadelphia attending St. Thomas Aquinas grade school and Southeast Catholic High School. After graduating high school in 1945, Dominic attended Villanova University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in 1949. He was drafted into the United States Army during the Korean War and spent two years stationed in Germany. After honorable discharge, Dominic returned to Philadelphia where he began his career in business and accounting with the M&T Company and later CDI Corporation.

     He met the love of his life, Jeri (nee Woznicki) who he married in 1957. Together they raised seven children in Springfield, Delaware County. Dominic was an avid Eagles and Phillies fan and a devoted Villanova Wildcats fan. His greatest hobby and passion was playing golf and being a member at Rolling Green Golf Club for more than 40 years.

     Dominic was preceded in death by his wife Jeri, his brothers Jim (Mary) Pugliese, Louis (Henrietta) Pugliese, and Frank (Ann) Pugliese and his sisters Mary Ipri (Mike), Rita Cini (Edward), and Teresa Pisano (Armand). He is survived by his seven children; Patricia Pugliese, Bob (Kathy) Pugliese, Debi St. Clair (Sean), Jim (Laura) Pugliese, Paul (Susan) Pugliese, Nancy Viola (Freddie), and Teri-Lyn Pugliese. Dominic is also survived by his thirteen loving grandchildren; Noah, Wyatt (Marie) and Cole Dickerson; Ali, James and Stephen Pugliese; Phoebe and Scarlett St. Clair; Vivian, Val and Charlie Pugliese; Nic Pugliese and Evan Viola. In addition, Dominic is survived by many nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews.

    There will be a 12:30 to 1:30 PM visitation at St. Dorothy Church followed by a Memorial Mass on Thursday, October 27, 2022, at 1:30 PM in St. Dorothy Church, 4910 Township Line Rd, Drexel Hill, PA 19026. Burial will follow in St. Peter and Paul Cemetery.
