Age 80, on February 5, 2026. Former owner of J.E. Mitchell Lumber Company. Beloved husband of the late Sandra; loving father of Phyllis Capalbo (Sonny) and Frank L. Panna IV (Gina). Grandfather of Gianna, Samantha (Nick), Dante (Brianna), and Leo; great grandfather of Frankie. Lifelong friend of Cathy and John Aversa; loving cousin of Jerry and Pat Mastriani. Loved by his many godchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to Visitation on Tuesday, February 10, 9:30 AM , Church of the Incarnation, 240 Main St., Mantua , NJ. Funeral Mass to follow at 11 AM.
