J. Patrick Meehan, age 65, of Drexel Hill passed peacefully April 4th, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his wife of 33 years Janet Meehan (née Stoner), his children Patrick S. Meehan of Prospect Park, PA, and Kieran M. Meehan of Drexel Hill. He is also survived by his loving mother Marti Ann Mammarelli, sister Tracey Ann Travis (Mammarelli), and granddaughter Briella Elizabeth Meehan. He was predeceased by his father John Patrick Meehan.

Born in 1959, Pat attended Magruder High School and Montgomery College in Rockville, MD.  He worked for General Electric/Lockheed Martin for more than 20 years and Boeing in Ridley for more than eight years. He held various positions throughout his career including inspector receiving senior specialist, assembly/test quality analyst, and manufacturing engineer/mechanical assembler.

Pat will be forever remembered for his unwavering love of fishing up and down the East Coast with his children, friends, and co-workers. If there was a fishing trip, he was ready to go.  He was also a huge history buff about our nation and the wars we fought in.

Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation Wednesday, April 9, 2025, beginning at 9:00 am at St. Dorothy’s Church, 4910 Township Line Road, Drexel Hill, PA 19026. A funeral mass will follow at 10:30 am. Interment will be private.
