Age 84, on August 25, 2022. Beloved husband of Rosemarie "Dolly" (nee Martin); loving father of Donnamarie Spadaccini, Steven Wiley, and the late James R. Jr.; grandfather of Stephen and Nicholas. Brother of Raymond Wiley, Maryann Dudley, and the late Richard and Joseph. Relatives and friends invited to Visitation on Wednesday, August 31 at 9:30AM, St. Richard Church, 18th and Pollock Sts., Philadelphia. Funeral Mass 10:30AM. Inurnment Holy Cross Cemetery.
