John J. Denning

1947 – 2025

   John J. Denning, age 78, of Ridley Park, died peacefully November 14, 2025. He was predeceased by his parents, Louise M. (nee Donato) and John M. Denning. He is survived by his loving sisters, Barbara (Ronald) Thren and Louise (Vincent) Carbone, nieces and nephews. 

   John grew up in the Briarcliff section of Delaware County, where he attended St. Joseph Grade School. He is a graduate of Monsignor Bonner High School, Class of ’65, and earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Drexel University.  John had a successful and fulfilling career as a Construction Management Executive.

   Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation Saturday, November 22, 2025, beginning at time 9:45am at St. Dorothy Church, 4910 Township Line Road, Drexel Hill, PA  19026 where his Funeral Mass will follow at 10:30am. Interment Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery.  

   In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Dorothy Church, 4910 Township Line Road, Drexel Hill, PA  19026
