“Judy”

1943 – 2023 

 

 

 

     Julia M. Urewich known affectionately as Judy, died peacefully May 9, 2023. She was predeceased by her parents the late Walter and Mary (nee Martin) Urewich and is survived by her beloved sister Eileen (Gunter) Ott, nieces Michele (Dave) Szkolnicki, Margaret (Charles) Hughes, Jenifer (Anthony) Medici and nephew G. Michael Joseph (Deana) Ott. Also survived by eleven great nieces and nephews  Megan Dickinson, Lauren and Matthew Szkolnicki, Alyssa Lytle and Rachel Hughes, Ava, John “Jack”, Michael Patrick and Sara Jane Medici, Maria Lynn and Michael Joseph Ott.

     She was born in Philadelphia but has lived most of her life in Delaware County where she worked for over 20 years in the cleaning and maintenance department at the Fair Acres Geriatric Center. 

         Relatives and friends are invited to her Funeral Mass 10am Saturday, May 13, 2023 at St. Dorothy Church, 4910 Township Line Road, Drexel Hill, PA 19026. Interment will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations in Judy's memory can be made to St. Judes Childrens Hospital.
