     Konrad F. Bush, 70, passed away peaceably in the loving arms of his wife, Joanne Bush (Grabowski), on November 29, 2025, in their home in Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania, after years of declining health.

    “Kon” as he was known to family and friends, was born on October 11, 1955, in Philadelphia, PA, to Leonard and Theresa (Konrad) Bush. After graduating from Monsignor Bonner High School in 1973, he attended several semesters at Albright College, in Reading, PA, studying to become a veterinarian, before returning home to help care for his ailing mother. He worked in the printing industry, and retired as Production Manager/Customer Service at Smith Edwards Dunlap in 2017.

    Kon enjoyed golfing and was an avid fan of the Philadelphia Phillies. His hobbies included bowling, fishing, and home DIY projects. His affection for animals included his and Joanne’s many Pembrook Welsh Corgis.

    Kon was predeceased by his parents, Sister-In-Law Dolores M. (Grabowski) Elliott, and Nieces, Jennifer D. Elliott, and Tracy M. (Hohl) Elliott. In addition to his wife, Joanne, to whom he was married for 42 years, he is survived by his Nephews, Christopher and Keegan Elliott, his Sister-In-Law Leona (Grabowski) Finney, and his God Daughters, Melissa (Nichols) Shiner, Alison Miller, and Jo-Anne Engels.

    A memorial for Kon will be held at Ruffenach Funeral Home, located in Drexel Hill, PA, on Friday, December 12, 2025. Family will receive friends and family beginning at 10:00 AM, followed by a blessing at 11:00 AM, and a luncheon at 12:00 PM, at the Springfield Country Club, located in Springfield, PA.
