Marie “Maureen” McGuigan (nee Duffy) age 89 on June 5, 2021 of Wynnewood and Drexel Hill. She was predeceased in death by her husband Bernard “Barney”, son Dennis, daughter Joanne and grandson Patrick. She is survived by daughters, Teresa Watkins(Charles), Eileen McGuigan, Marie Smyth, grandchildren: James, Stephen, Brian, Christopher, Lawrence (L.B.), Sean, Bridget, Michael, Matthew, Allison, 6 great-grandchildren a sister Elizabeth “Betty” Hallinan and brother Joseph Duffy.
Maureen was a proud graduate of West Catholic and a legal secretary for many years. She enjoyed the company of her family, her weekly luncheons at the Irish Immigration Center and singing in the choir at St. Dorothy’s.
Relatives and friends are invited to Visitation at St. Dorothy Church in Drexel Hill on Thursday June 10th from 9-10:15am followed by Mass at 10:30am. Int. Ss Peter and Paul. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Little Flower Manor, 1201 Springfield Rd.. Darby, PA
