It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ronald A. Cook, who passed away peacefully on Wednesday March 12, 2025 at the age of 71. He was born on July 11, 1953 in Philadelphia, Pa to Anthony Cook and Dolores (nee Amand) Cook, and spent his life deeply devoted to his family & friends. Ron was full of life and love.
A loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend, Ron was known for his loyalty, strength, and generosity. His life was surrounded by sports growing up a great athlete himself while also dedicating his time supporting and playing sports with his children on and off the field. Ron left a lasting impact to all those around him.
He is survived by his loving wife Anne and his children, Matthew (Kate), Christina (Stephen Burt), Steven (Anastasia), and his grandchildren, Ryan, Julia, Joey, Ryleigh, Kelsey, Grace and Stella. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Ron will be forever remembered for his unwavering love, sense of humor, and his profound ability to make others feel special. His legacy of love and kindness will continue to live on through his family and all those whose lives he touched.
Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing 6-8pm Sunday evening, March 16, 2025 and 10:30-11:30am Monday, March 17, 2025 at Ruffenach Funeral Home, 4900 Township Line Road, Drexel Hill, PA 19026. His Funeral Mass will be 12pm Monday, March 17, 2024 at St. Dorothy Church. Interment Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery.
