Ruthann (Sheline) Roney

Ruthann (Sheline) Roney, 90 of Oxford, PA passed away peacefully Saturday October 29, 2022 at her home

She was the wife of Harold T. Roney whom she shared 69 wonderful years of marriage with.

She was the daughter of the late Reuben Enoch Sheline and Marie Kybeda Sheline Albright.

Ruthann and her husband own a farm where she helped with the farm work for many years. She also worked for Doc Robinson from the time she was 13 until her and Harold were married

She was a member of the Oxford Church of the Nazarene.

She enjoyed many years of Girl Scouts where she received many awards, she also enjoyed sewing, cooking, shopping, and spending time with her family and friends, especially her granddaughters. 

She is survived by her husband Harold; Sister Dolly M. Lowe of Mt. City TN; Son H. Daryl Roney of Oxford PA; Granddaughters Amanda Roney of North East MD and Ashley Roney of North East MD; and several nieces and nephews. 

She was proceeded in death by a daughter Donna Faye Roney; Brother Robert Albright; Sisters Rose Marie Taylor and Doris Danielson.

Visitation services will be held at 10:00am Friday, November 4, at the Oxford church of the Nazarene 116 E. Locust St. Oxford PA. Funeral services to follow at 11:00am. Interment will be in Oxford Cemetery
