1931-2025

     Thomas A. Falin, 94, of Glen Mills, died on December 5, 2025. He was formerly of Philadelphia, Reading, Havertown, Wilmington,DE and Drexel Hill. He is survived by three of his children, Mary Rowan Elliott (Robert), Thomas A. Falin Jr., Kathleen Falin Casper (Edward) and his daughter-in-law, Terri Falin. He also leaves behind five grandchildren: Lauren Lakebrink (Drew), Christine Pastore (Patrick), Scott Falin, Kelly Belfie (John), Taylor Brooks (Michael) as well as six great grandchildren (Keene, Reed, Amalia, Lilly, Ava and Emersyn). Tom was preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Doris Rowan Falin, his mother Anne Averdick Falin, his father Thomas A. Falin, his brother Robert Falin, his son John Young Falin and his grandson John Thomas Casper. They will lovingly remember him for his love of God, family and community. 

     Tom had an impressive professional career as a CPA, but he often said the accomplishment he was most proud of was his family. He enjoyed reading, international and domestic travel, music and attending children’s music, sporting and academic events. A man of integrity, Dad dedicated his life to his family. He taught us the value of hard work and simple joys. He always had a firm belief in doing what was right and was a language extraordinaire. Rest in peace Dad, we love you forever. 

    His family is forever grateful for the compassion and patience extended by many at Maris Grove. 

    Tom’s funeral and burial in Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery are private, attended by only immediate family. If so desired, contributions in Toms’ memory may be made to your favorite charity.
